How many groups can I participate in ?
With the free tier you can participate in one group, which is, ideally, your most important group. You can participate in up to 5 groups on a basic subscription and 10 groups on a premium subscription

How many people does a group have ?
A group can have up to 300 people

How can I organize files that are in my gallery?
Once you are logged in, theres a middle tab (organize) where you can organize your files into folders and sub folders. For example if you are a second year student and you have photos and images from the units you did in first year, you can create a first year folder. In that folder, you can create a subfolder for the unit e.g Communication skills. Follow the promts from there. You can afterwards share these files with a first year group.

What happens when my storage is depleted?
When your storage is depleted, you can update your subscription to get more storage. This will override your current subscription if you had one. If you were on an active subscription, and you do not need to use storage, the other features will still be available to you for the duration of the subscription.

How do I update my suscription?
On the profile page there is a subscriptions section where you can view subscription features and your suscription history. You can update your subscription from there.

Can I pay with T-cash or airtel money?
At the momment, you can only pay via M-pesa

What is a pending subscription?
Once you initiate a payment, the payment details are saved as we await confirmation from M-pesa. Once the payment is confirmed and you have received your Mpesa message,you can click on it to activate your subscription. To activate your subscription paste your Mpesa message or the M-pesa receipt number e.g (RAV1LTRLGH) to the field provided and press activate.

What do I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, either due to insufficient funds or any other reason, you should delete the pending suscription that is linked to that payment and retry.

What do I do if I cannot find an M-pesa message that is
linked to a pending subscription?
If you accidentally delete or lose the M-pesa message that you received after payment, send your phone number and the aproximate date the transaction occurred to our instagram handle at groupwork.kenya. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can.

What happens when my subscription expires or is about to
expire?
When your subscription is about to expire and you renew it, any left over storage will be added to the new subscription. However, this is not the case when your subscription has already expired

What is an upload limit?
The upload limit is the amount of data you can share at a given time. For the free tier it is at 8Mbs, 30Mbs for basic subscription and 50 for permium

What if i exceed my storage or upload limit when uploading
work?
If, for example, you are left with 5Mbs of storage, and you try to share work worth 6Mbs of space, you will be prompted to reduce the size of your work.

Is there an IOs version of the application?
Currently, Group Work only runs on android devices. The IOs version is still under construction
